Question: I was doing meditation, focusing on incoming and outgoing breathing. Should I continue with that practice or focus on the mid point between the eye brows?

It is better to eventually focus between the eyebrows because the mind shall lose the help of the anchor. When the mind becomes gradually withdrawn and concentrated, the breath also gets in its own rhythm, slowly and peacefully. That is how you can progress into the meditation in a much better way.
