Question: When we are meditating on our own, when we finish the meditation should we say the sloka silently or put it on, or just come out of it?
Babaji:
You can recite some sloka. It is a normal practice but slowly come out. Because when you are totally silent in meditation, if it is a very good quality meditation, for some time you may not feel like talking, you might to be silent. If you like to be silent for some time, slowly come out, so all organs start functioning. Either sip some water or recite some sloka, it is your choice. Everything is okay.
