Question: I have found that in recent months when I am at sort of the best part of my meditation and when I am most surrendered, my neck moves from side to side. I don't know if I should leave it, relax or do anything or if I should straighten myself up?

You have to straighten. Keep yourself straight as much as possible. Sometimes, either because of some nervous practises these things can happen. Other than that, spiritually if there is some energy movement is there then also it can happen. You should straighten and keep it steady and composed. You should not allow it to happen. If it goes like that, bring it back and practise like that so that for longer time it remains in that way.
