The day when you are able to perfectly meditate for one hour, after you would have attempted it for a long time, you become an expert. This one hour of meditation will take care of your mind for the next twenty-three hours also, easily. How does it happen? You can always imagine, you can make a judgment, analyze, wherever it is required for you to live, and then execute the things. But by making a judgment, the mind would not be absorbing an imprint. So whatever results happen after your efforts, the mind would accept it, simply, without getting into any grudges, or irritation, or any such habits. When it is able to accept, it recedes. That is the meditation. So throughout these twenty-three hours also, your meditation like this can go on.
