Stevenson Retreat Details

PROGRAMS INCLUDE Instruction in Jangama Dhyana (meditation on eternal existence), group meditations, pranayama, spiritual discourse, spiritual questions and answers with Baba and bhajans.

PROGRAM FEES In keeping with Baba’s tradition there are no instruction or program fees. However, your donations support the SB-SRBY MISSION and are greatly appreciated. Baba’s Mission is a 501-C3 non-profit making donations tax deductible.

ACCOMMODATIONS Participants are responsible for their own lodging. There are a number of inexpensive motels and camping spots in the immediate area.

FOOD A light breakfast with beverages will be available at the facility. Participants are responsible for all other meals There is a grocery store and several restaurants within short walking distance.

WHAT TO BRING? Weather can be cool, moderate, sunny or wet. Bring comfortable clothing that is appropriate for a variety of conditions. A lot of time is spent sitting so bring anything that will help you to be comfortable - baggy clothes, your favorite meditation cushion, blanket, etc.

PLEASE BE ON TIME Respect others’ silence and please be seated for meditation five minutes prior to the scheduled meditation time. If food is taken before meditation, light meals are recommended to prevent grogginess.
