Ananda Ashram, 13 Sapphire Rd, Monroe, NY

June 6 to June 10, 2018

babaji 2008 08 24

We are delighted to announce there will be a four-day SRBY Retreat and Meditation Intensive held June 6th to June 10th, at the beautiful Ananda Ashram in Monroe, New York.

The retreat is an opportunity to deepen your meditation experience and grow your understanding of Self Knowledge and essential spiritual truths.

It is not often the opportunity arises to turn off all devices, withdraw from our daily routine and dedicate time to finding peace within our Self. Meditation retreats provide time for extended meditation, deep rest, spiritual knowledge and self discovery. To advance in spirituality it is essential to quiet the mind and experience deeper states of consciousness within ourselves. Direct personal experience accompanied with true spiritual knowledge is the fuel that sustains every sincere seeker's quest for inner peace and happiness. Babaji's retreats are dedicated to this purpose.

This year Shiva Rudra Balayogi will not be coming to the U.S. However, Baba will be present via his teachings and live evening SKYPE sessions.

The retreat consists of

- Meditation - Extensive practice of Jangama Dhyana.

- In-depth knowledge - Baba’s best recorded talks, with questions and answers, provide enlightening insights into understanding meditation, mind, consciousness, Self-Realization and how to discover peace within oneself.

- Evening Satsang - live question and answer period with Baba via SKYPE - internet connections willing.

- Self-discovery

- Rest and quietude

The retreat is intended for meditators of all levels — from beginner to advanced and is being facilitated by Agastya. If you are new to meditation or unfamiliar with Baba’s meditation technique you may learn Jangama Dhyana at the retreat — there is no charge. The retreat atmosphere is an excellent opportunity for friends or loved ones to learn meditation or to strengthen their existing practice.

Staying in residence at the ashram will maximize benefits, however, people are welcome to attend any meditation or knowledge session their schedule allows (see Retreat Schedule).

Accommodations are limited, please make your reservation as soon as possible. This is the primary Shiva Rudra Balayogi event in the U.S. for 2018 — we look forward to you attending — so much can be gained with so little effort.
