Jangama Meditation Course
The Jangama Meditation Course is for people of any level of experience with meditation, including newcomers. It starts with basic principles and builds up a solid foundation for you to continue your own practice.
All courses are free of charge.
Regular Group Meditations
All group meditations will now be held online for the foreseeable future while the current situation with Coronavirus exists.
Join us online with like-minded people for a silent meditation. We encourage you to participate in a group meditation once a week as this will help and motivate you with your practice.
Wednesday evening - Online 6.30-7.30pm
Saturday morning - Online 10.00-11.00am
Sunday morning - Online 10.00-11.00am
These group meditations are only for those that have already attended our meditation course or are already part of our meditation group. If you would like to participate with us online please join us by requesting an invitation link.
