Question: Is there a particular time of the day or many times of the day that one should meditate?
You can take out any time for meditation. It is no problem. Important initially for the beginners is a peaceful atmosphere is always recommended. Also your body should be fresh when you sit for meditation so it doesn't go into a sleepy state. That is why in ancient times they prescribed the early morning hours so that you would have gone to bed well in time and be able to be fresh when you get up. The atmosphere would be peaceful and your mind would have been rejuvenated. But today's lifestyle may differ from person to person, society to society. It may not be possible to go early to bed sometimes. So you can take out any convenient time. From God's side, that is no problem.
