Yes, if necessary, we can evoke, but He does not come from anywhere. He is one with Consciousness, the Divine. He comes in form when one has concentration (on that form).
Question: Would Swamiji come to us also?
Babaji:
Yes, if you have mental concentration. The Divine can manifest in the form of Shivabalayogi. When you raise your meditation to the level of Tapas your mind becomes one hundred percent concentrated. Then such manifestations can take place.
