Question: Isn't there a plane or realm where the visions that you have can make things happen?

It can make it happen like this world is happening. But you will lose that Ultimate Truth called the Self, the God, the Divinity, if you get involved into these things. So that's why a detachment is always advised, because nothing is permanent. All are ultimately considered as illusions that the mind creates.
