Question: When I experience wrong feelings such as anger, jealousy and similar things, I find that if I call them wrong, they get stronger. So in meditation, should I just watch them, or is that involvement?

Yes, during meditation you should just watch. It means they are evaporating. If you start thinking at that time, and start making judgments, then the mind gets involved and absorbs further new imprints.
